This basic kit is great for beginning studio photographers. Easy to learn and set up. This light does not have a modeling lamp, meaning that it is not constantly on and it orly flashes when your on camera flash or other lights are triggered. A small but powerful light to easily do portraits or one or two people. Included is a translucent umbrella which softens the light and makes it a much bigger source.
