The following rules and regulations apply to the Facebook Submit & Win contest offered by Backdrop Outlet.

Contest begins November 24th, 2011. Deadline for the contest is January 31st, 2012. The winners will be posted on our Facebook Wall!

To Enter: 1) Join Backdrop Outlets Facebook Fan Page. 2) Submit your photos using any of our products to our Facebook wall. 3) Let us know what products you used and share any special techniques you may have used including, camera, lighting setup, additional effects, etc...

PRIZES: Grand Prize: $200 Gift Certificate (No theme any subject as long as our product is shown.) 1st Runner Up: Dimond Cloth of your choice*. 2nd Runner Up: Candy Stick background*. 3rd Runner Up: Studio Taxi Mod Cloth Digital Backdrops.

* Promotional prizes includes free shipping to the continental United States. Shipping will take 7 to 15 business days (not including weekends and holidays.) If you are out of the country you will have to pay shipping. The winners will be chosen solely based on overall composition and presentation, at the discretion of Backdrop Outlet.All fees, federal, state and other taxes relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Prize winners must sign and return an affidavit of eligibility within fourteen (14) days of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. In the event of noncompliance with this or any other requirement, winner will be disqualified. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prize except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. By participating, entrants agree to these rules. Entrants are solely responsible for their own actions and agree to hold harmless Backdropoutlet.com and any participating sponsors, and their parents, subsidiaries, divisions and related companies and the officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, assigns and licensees (collectively the "Sponsors") from any liability for losses, damages or injuries arising in connection with their participation in the sweepstakes or the award of a prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising purposes without further compensation except where prohibited. Prize winner need not be present at time of drawing. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. Income and other taxes, if any and all expenses not detailed in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner. If an email address is provided on entry form, entrant acknowledges that he/she 1) is over the age of 13; 2) has read the backdropoutlet.com privacy policy (http://www.backdropoutlet.com/policy.asp) and; 3) is granting backdropoutlet.com permission to send them marketing messages. Limit 5 entries per person per month. Pictures not showing any Backdrop Outlet product it will be deleted from facebook album and disqualified from contest.
