Orders generally ship the following business day. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. (An order placed on Friday would be shipped on Monday.) Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We will notify you if there is an issue with filling your order. Shipping fees are based on your order's weight, destination and shipping method. Shipping times are not guaranteed. We make every effort to get your merchandise to you as soon as possible. Quality workmanship takes time, so please be patient. Please be aware that ordered items may arrive in separate boxes.
Not all Backgrounds, Muslin or Canvas, may be available for immediate shipping. If production of a new piece is required expect delays of 2-4 weeks.

Shipping Rates...
Shipping rates are via USPS ground are generally calculated at approximately $1.25 per pound. A 11x24 backdrop typically ships for $12.50 within the USA. Some items oversized or ship freight only may incur additional shipping charges.

Just let us know the date of your big shoot and we'll always do our best to meet your deadline. Give us a call to make arrangements - for orders placed in the morning we can often ship in stock items the same day.
During peak seasons there may be up to a five day delay shipping orders. For rush requests please call Toll-free: 800-466-1755
Overnight shipping charges will apply when necessary. Rush service may be unavailable due to seasonal demand.
